Jon-Aksel Torgersen - Board member

Chief Executive Officer of Astrup Fearnley AS Mr. Torgersen was elected to the board in 2003. He holds a MBA, specialising in finance, from Hochschule St. Gallen, Switzerland. Currently he is the CEO of Astrup Fearnley AS, which is the parent company of a number of investment and broker companies in Norway and abroad. Mr. Torgersen has extensive experience as board member and board chairman of a number of companies within the property, shipping, finance, industry and offshore sectors, and is at present chairman of the board of Atlantic Container Line AB and member of the board of Finnlines Plc. His current term on the I.M. Skaugen board expires in 2012. Back to Board of Directors
