Ms. Kilaas holds a MSc from the University of Oslo and a MBA from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne.

She has previously held leading positions in the oil and gas industry, PA Consulting Group and Stento ASA. Ms. Kilaas serves as Board Member of Telenor ASA, Adresseavisen and the Executive Board of Norges Bank.

Her current term on the I.M. Skaugen board expires in 2012
