Hubei Tian En Petroleum Gas Co., Ltd (“TNGC”) was established in 1996 as a sino-foreign entity, a joint venture partnership between Tian Fa Industry Co., Ltd of China and I.M. Skaugen (S E) of Oslo, Norway. Today, TNGC remains a leading player in the Yangtze River, China.

Operating Activities

TNGC operates a fleet of well managed pressurized vessels for the transportation of butane, propane, LPG, Pentane and other CCS certified petrochemical products along the reach of Yangtze River.

We strongly emphasized on Safety, and ensuring good practices are carried out at all level of management and crew. We also ensure that all our team members are well equipped with safety skills to cope with emergency such as sea pollution, collision, and other unexpected.

Fleet Size

We manage a fleet of a carrier, 2 tug boats and 4 barges. The highly modernized fleet is well maintained, and enabled TNGC to effectively operate in the YangTze River.

TNGC is the preferred river operator to MNCs such as Sinopec, BP, BASF,Shell and other state-owned enterprises. Our service standards have consistently met and exceeded industry expectations.
