Changhang (Wuhan) Ship Management Co. Ltd (CSM) is a joint-venture company established by The Foreign Economic & Technical Cooperation Co. of China Changjiang National Shipping Group (CSC), I.M. Skaugen SE and Wuhan Marine College of CSC.

CSSM aims to build a dedicated and reliable pool of seafarers to fill the crewing needs of local and foreign shipping companies. It provides crewing management services and technical services to ships of various sizes and flags.

The company has a pool of highly experienced, professional and qualified crew including Ship Master, Chief Engineers to Technical Consultants.

CSSM is the crew agency for I.M Skaugen's Norwegian Norgas Fleet, German Ship-owner Ernst-Russ and Chinese Oilfield Service Company. The agency recruits and dispatches crew for the three main ship owners and other ship owners in China and abroad.
